Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control).
- There will be no negative marking in the CBT; syllabus will be available in the advertisement.
- Based on CBT performance, candidates will be shortlisted for:
- Application Verification
- Voice Test
- Psychoactive Substances Test
- Psychological Evaluation
- Physical Medical Examination
- Background Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via AAI website and email for the next stages.
- During Application Verification, original documents and identity proof must be submitted; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Government/PSU employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of verification.
- Candidates must test negative for specified psychoactive substances to proceed further.
- Provisional selection will be based on CBT merit, successful clearance of all tests, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- Selected candidates will receive offer letters via AAI website or email and must undergo training.
- Appointment is subject to successful background check and achieving ICAO language proficiency level 4 during training.
