Qualification
  • Three years full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics.
  • OR Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in any discipline (with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in any one semester).
  • Minimum proficiency in both written and spoken English at the 10+2 level (English must have been a subject in 10th or 12th).

Selection Process

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control).
  2. There will be no negative marking in the CBT; syllabus will be available in the advertisement.
  3. Based on CBT performance, candidates will be shortlisted for:
    • Application Verification
    • Voice Test
    • Psychoactive Substances Test
    • Psychological Evaluation
    • Physical Medical Examination
    • Background Verification
  4. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via AAI website and email for the next stages.
  5. During Application Verification, original documents and identity proof must be submitted; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
  6. Government/PSU employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of verification.
  7. Candidates must test negative for specified psychoactive substances to proceed further.
  8. Provisional selection will be based on CBT merit, successful clearance of all tests, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  9. Selected candidates will receive offer letters via AAI website or email and must undergo training.
  10. Appointment is subject to successful background check and achieving ICAO language proficiency level 4 during training.
