Note: Exceptional talent may be considered for waivers in physical standards and tests.
Documents Required
- Photographs: 20 copies of recent passport-size color photographs (taken within the last month). No photocopied or edited images allowed.
- Educational Certificates:
- Matric/Intermediate certificates with mark sheets from a recognized board/university.
- Provisional or online certificates must be ink-signed by the head of the institution.
- For open school candidates, a school leaving certificate counter-signed by the EO/DEO is required.
- Domicile Certificate: Issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate with a photograph.
- Caste Certificate: Issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate, with a photograph of the candidate.
- Religion Certificate: If religion is not mentioned in the caste certificate, a separate certificate must be issued by Tehsildar/SDM.
- School Character Certificate: Issued by the principal/headmaster of the last attended school/college.
- Character Certificate: Issued by the Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within the last six months.
- Unmarried Certificate: Issued by the Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within the last six months, with a photograph.
- For Candidates Serving/Discharged from Government Organizations:
- Original and four self-attested photocopies of the Discharge Certificate (for ex-employees).
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original and four attested photocopies (for currently serving candidates).
- Sports Kit: Candidates must bring their own sports gear and equipment for physical fitness tests and skill tests.
Note: Candidates must bring original educational certificates and documents mentioned above. If only photocopies are available, an ink-signed certificate from the college/school principal confirming the submission of original documents must be provided.

- The application form must be printed on A4 size paper.
- Only one application should be submitted per candidate. Multiple applications will result in disqualification.

Hand-delivered applications will be rejected. - Shortlisting Criteria: Candidates will be shortlisted based on higher sports achievements.
- Call-up Letters:
- Shortlisted candidates will receive call-up letters via email.
- The letter will contain details about the date, time, and venue for selection trials.
- Verification of Documents:
- Candidates must bring original documents and mark sheets for verification during the selection trials.
- Fake or tampered documents will result in immediate disqualification.
- Medical Examination:
- Medically unfit candidates can avail a specialist review at a designated Military Hospital within 21 days.
- There is no further appeal beyond the specialist review.
- Final Selection List:
- Only candidates who qualify in all respects will be included in the final selection list.
- Selection is based on merit and availability of vacancies in specific sports disciplines.
- Police Verification:
- Selected candidates must submit a Police Verification Form along with their Offer of Enrolment.
- Candidates without police verification will not be allowed to enroll.
- Enrolment Validity: The candidature is valid only for the current batch of recruitment.
