Selection process
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their valid GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores in a 1:12 ratio.
- If there is a tie at the cut-off score, all candidates with the same score will be called for the interview.
- Only GATE scores from the years 2023, 2024, and 2025 will be considered. Scores from previous years will not be accepted.
- Equal weightage will be given to the GATE scores of 2023, 2024, and 2025.
- Shortlisting of candidates with disabilities (PwBD) will be done separately in a 1:12 ratio within each disability category.
- The merit list for each discipline and category will be published on the NPCIL career portal.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed of their interview schedule and venue via email/SMS and will be able to download their interview call letter from the website.
- Final selection will be based solely on performance in the interview, subject to medical fitness and document verification.
- No weightage will be given to GATE scores in the final selection.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the interview:
- General Category – 70%
- EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwBD – 60%
- Separate merit lists will be prepared for PwBD candidates based on their interview performance within their specific categories.
- Final results will be published on the NPCIL website, accessible via individual login.
