Selection Process
- Written Examination
- Paper-I: General Ability and Intelligence (250 Marks, Objective Type)
- Paper-II: General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension (200 Marks, Descriptive Type)
- Candidates must qualify Paper-I to have Paper-II evaluated.
- Physical Standards & Efficiency Test (PST/PET)
- 100 Meters Race: Male - 16 sec | Female - 18 sec
- 800 Meters Race:Male - 3 min 45 sec | Female - 4 min 45 sec
- Long Jump (3 chances):Male - 3.5m | Female - 3.0m
- Shot Put (7.26 Kg, for males only): 4.5m
- Medical Standards Test
- Candidates must meet prescribed vision and health standards.
- Only those declared fit will proceed to the next stage.
- Interview/Personality Test (150 Marks)
- Candidates qualifying PST/PET & Medical Test will be called.
- Panel interview to assess leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Final Merit List
- Prepared based on marks in Written Exam and Interview.
- Physical and Medical Tests are qualifying in nature.

How to Pay Using SBI Bank Challan
- While filling the online application form, select the "Pay by Cash" option.
- After completing the form, generate and print the system-generated SBI Challan.
- Visit any branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) during banking hours.
- Deposit the cash amount as per the application fee mentioned.
- Obtain the payment receipt from the bank as proof of payment.
- Log in to the UPSC online application portal and verify the payment status.
- If payment is not updated, wait for 24 hours and check again.
- Ensure payment is completed before the final deadline (25th March 2025).

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Subjects of Nepal and Bhutan can also apply with government approval.
- Gender:
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Age Limit:
- The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years as of 1st August 2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Ex-Servicemen/Central Govt. Employees: 5 years
- Educational Qualification:
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates appearing in the final year of their degree can apply but must submit proof of passing before the final selection.
- Physical Standards:
- Height: Male - 165 cm, Female - 157 cm
- Chest (For Males): 81 cm (with 5 cm expansion)
- Weight: Male - 50 kg, Female - 46 kg
- Medical Standards:
- Must meet prescribed vision and general health standards.
- Possession of NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate is desirable but not mandatory.

- Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform if not already registered.
- Log in and fill out the online application form for the CAPF (ACs) Exam 2025.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the application fee (₹200 for General/OBC, exempted for SC/ST/Female candidates).
- Submit the application before the deadline (25th March 2025).
- Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
Documents Required
- Recent passport-size photograph (not older than 10 days from application start date).
- Signature in scanned format.
- Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License).
- Educational qualification certificate (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent).
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
- Ex-Servicemen certificate (if applying under the reserved category).
